The nose has wonderful aromas of red fruits and blackcurrant with touch of honey, intermingling with notes of violets, pepper, leather and liquorice. Very aromatic and persistent. In the mouth there is a delicious concentrated structure with silky tannins with a lovely alcoholic support. A classic rustic style. Serve with red meat, lamb, stews and duck. Decant for one hour before serving. Good potential for aging for 4-5 years.
