Very low yields of 35-40 hl/hc, vinified in new French oaks of 300 to 500 litre capacity and aged on its lees for ten months with batonnage. An intense nose evokes a mixture of grapefruit, quince, exotic fruits and vanilla. In the mouth the wine is lovely and round with notes of citrus and tropical fruits mingled with honey, caramel and vanilla. Excellent with most fish dishes, white meats like rabbit and turkey and even foie gras. Decant for 30 minutes.
